Windows Master Driver 8.0.1.6 and Sync API version 10.7 -- Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 works with the following operating systems:

Windows XP Professional 64-bit
Windows Server 2003 32-bit
Windows Server 2003 64-bit
Windows Server 2008 32-bit
Windows Server 2008 64-bit
Windows Master driver 8.0.1.6 is a 32-bit driver that works as legacy driver in all 64-bit operating systems.
Known issue: When the driver is used with Windows Server 2003, the memory installed must be 2 GB or less. Otherwise the driver will not work properly.
This memory limitation does not occur in Windows Server 2008 or Windows XP Professional when the legacy driver is used.
Sync API version 10.7 -- Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 has only been tested with Windows XP Professional 32-bit.
Linux Information
This software development kit (SDK) contains a character driver
and several example applications. The driver is a loadable kernel
module and is intended for an x86 port of Linux. The package contains
full source code for all software. The driver is licensed under
the GNU General Public License, and the example programs are licensed
under a modified BSD license.
Installing the SDK
Type
Linux SDK: Type tar xvfz master-(version).tar.gz to extract the package to a directory called "master". Further instructions are in the README and INSTALL files.
