This is similar to the DVB SDK. It contains a Windows WDM driver for Windows 2000, Windows 98 or Windows ME and a Windows NT4 (SP6) driver.

The ATSC TestBed software with source code allows you to test the card and verify that it is working properly in your system. ATSC Testbed illustrates the recommended Application interface to the driver. The SDK also has the Disk Router Applet that allows you to save in incoming stream to disk or to transmit a file. A technote.doc file lists and explains the driver calls. An ATSC Manual is also on the disk.

The ATSC SDK code is written in the C++ language and uses the standard Microsoft Developers’ environment.
