Real Time SMPTE 310M Analyzer Kit Consisting of an ATSC Master™ II FD PCIe Card and a Copy of COOL.STF.com’s TS Reader™ Transport Stream Analyzer/ Decoder/Player...  This product is enabled via a DVEO software patch to the TS Reader  application so that it works with SMPTE 310M streams. We have several customers who are using this to monitor the stream just before it reaches their transmitter.

ATSC (SMPTE 310M), PCI 2.2 Interface with A or B Selectable Inputs, Dual Mirrored Outputs, Accurate Clock, Internal Serial Numbers, PID Filtering, Snoop and Watchdog Functions, Internal Loopback, External Loop Through, and GPIO Triggers.
